Directions

From the North:

Hwy 169 South; go through Zimmerman. Go 1/4 mile south of Zimmerman to 253rd Ave Northwest. Go Left/East on 253rd Ave Northwest and take an immediate Right onto our private driveway. The clinic will be in 500 feet. Look for the big light board sign.

From the South:

Hwy 169 North; and do not go all the way to Zimmerman. Next to the Zimmerman Storage facility, at 1/4 mile south of Zimmerman, go Right/East on 253rd Ave Northwest. Take an immediate Right onto our private driveway. The clinic will be in 500 feet. Look for the big light board sign.

From the East:

West on County Road 4/261st Street; Take Hwy 169 South at the stoplights. Go 1/4 mile south of Zimmerman to 253rd Ave Northwest. Go Left/East on 253rd Ave Northwest and take an immediate Right on to our private driveway. The clinic will be in 500 feet. Look for the big light board sign.

From the West:
